At Trip Sawari, we understand that circumstances may require changes to your plans. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency in the event of cancellations. Please review the following guidelines:

Cancellation and Refund Process:
1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@tripsawari.com.
2. The cancellation charges will be applied based on the timeline outlined in the booking confirmation and the nature of the service.

Refund Amount:
1. The refund amount will be determined by the cancellation policy applicable to the specific product or service booked.
2. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account.

**Cancellation Charges:**
The cancellation charges will vary depending on the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled arrival or commencement date. The general structure is as follows:
– 45 days before arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
– 15 days before arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
– 07 days before arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
– 48 hours before arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Special Consideration for Peak Seasons:
For the X-mas and New Year period (20 Dec to 05 Jan), the payment is non-refundable.

Wildlife Safaris Cancellation: All booked wildlife safaris in Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Date change requests are considered cancellations with no refunds.

Post-Commencement Refunds:
If you cancel the trip after commencement, refunds are limited and dependent on the recoverable amount from hoteliers/contractors. No responsibility is assumed for unused accommodations, transportation, missed meals, etc.
